I'm just back from 3 days in Madrid were I attended the Next Generation Billing and Customer Management Systems. It was interesting to listen what people in the business had to say about the future. Madrid is always nice even if it gets interesting once you try to interact with the locals who generally don't have very good knowledge in english and my spanish is even worse. Sometimes there are surprises..... :-)
