Third day in Pittsburgh was a hectic one. We started out driving over to the University of Pittsburgh and the building they call Cathedral of Learning. It is the tallest educational building in the US and the 2nd tallest in the world behind the university in Moscow.
Here is a picture from inside.
In the building they have 26 nationality rooms where architects from around the world have com in and designed rooms representing their country and culture. We walked 9 of the rooms. In the Israeli room there is a copy of the dead see scrolls.

After this we we went to the Phipps Conservatory where Sarah had booked tickets to the Chihuly exhibition. Find out more about Dave at www.chihuly.com. Basically it was a glass exhibition mixed in to the conservatory.

Dinner was booked at The Sonoma Grille, www.thesonomagrille.com, in downtown Pittsburgh.
